Querenca
A hidden gem of the Algarve in Portugal is the tiny village of Querenca, situated to the north of Loule and set back amongst some spectacular scenery. There really isn't much at Querenca, a few residential buildings, a cafe or two and the church which lies right in the centre of the village. However for anyone who is driving around looking to explore the real Algarve, Querenca is well worth a visit even if it is just to take in the very relaxed atmosphere of the village and the beautiful countryside of which surrounds Querenca.
