Praia do Beliche

Praia do Beliche is a magnificent bay of golden sands backed up by towering cliffs and lies between Sagres Point and Cape St.Vincent. Situated at the western tip of the Algarve in Portugal, Praia do Beliche has stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean and as there are no purpose built tourist complexes nearby, Praia do Beliche is one of the unspoilt beauty spots of the Algarve.

The beach at Praia do Beliche is a vast stretch of golden sands at low tide but this rapidly disappears as the tide comes in leaving just a small cove of sand.

The beach at Praia do Beliche is a fairly large beach at low tide but as the tide comes in it is completely covered to leave only the small cove of sand on the right of this photograph.
